		<description>a celebratory dance can be fun too!!  i think you bring up some good points - it&#039;s very easy to get caught up in feeling overwhelmed by the task but if you can step outside that and encourage yourself in some way it can lead to massive productivity</description>

		<description>Finding something exciting about a task is  a great tip.  Visualizing the reward at the end of the task and the feeling associated with it works for me.  A bit of psyche up dance, exercise, clapping or yelling yeah yeah helps as well!</description>

I&#039;ve been condoning structured procrastination lately.  I&#039;m supposed to complete the ISO audit for the Company but have been finding every possible excuse to avoid it.  I do fully realise the reason behind it but whatever said and done, it should not be an excuse to procrastinate in the first place&#124;!</description>
